The hypnotic weight loss programme is a comprehensive package that comprises four weekly sessions. The programme has a number of valuable weight loss tools and methods that will help you to lose weight easily.

Kim's - Slim to be Trim Weight Loss Programme

Week One
Initial Consultation

  • This comprehensive package is designed to introduce you to hypnosis, NLP, CBT, and goal setting. Session one - the initial consultation includes:

  •  gathering all kinds of information about your health, wellbeing,  medications and asking any questions regarding symptoms that may be /contributing to your weight gain

  • discussing your current weight and dress size and the reasons why you want to lose weight

  • food log

  • the reasons why people overeat

  • the time frame of goal and evidence

  • worksheets, techniques, and recordings to use between sessions. 

  • Homework - Literature, and  listen to the recording

Week Four

 Homework - read the literature, practice self-hypnosis, and listen to the recordings

Week Two

Session two begins:

  • review of food log

  • discuss goals and desires

  • look at how the subconscious mind might what keep you overweight because it thinks it is protecting you

  • discuss the 'emotional implications' of eating certain foods in certain places at certain times. It is important to look at this so I can help you to establish better outcomes

  • The 2nd magazine offers an explanation of how to put yourself into self-hypnosis

  • Homework -  read the literature, practice self-hypnosis and listen to the recordings

Now where is that Magic Wand

Contrary to popular thinking, hypnotherapy is not a magic wand, however, it is a fantastic tool to help support you lose weight and can be very effective.  Losing weight sensibly takes time, commitment and effort.

Kim is the facilitator and guide to help make that necessary lifestyle change. She will do her very best to provide you with all the support you need.

Week Three

  • By week three, you will have noticed that you are well on your way to making permanent changes to your outlook and experienced an increase in your motivation. The aim is to lose an "agreed" amount of weight within a comfortable period of time between sessions 2 and 3. The length between sessions is very much a personal choice, but please be aware that I do not offer refunds, and the reason for this because you are very much in control of your own outcomes

  • Session three focuses on setting exercise goals. You already be working out in the gym, have a personal trainer, attend Pilates, yoga, or Zumba but this session will be focussing on what you are doing differently, the benefits, and what you have experience from your lifestyle changes to date.

  • It might be that you are experiencing weight loss blockages, so this is the session to discuss it alongside portion sizes, self-sabotage, and lack of physical activity.

  • Portion control is an important aspect of weight loss

  • Homework - read the literature, practice self-hypnosis, and listen to the recordings
